The MAMA's of CACAO are back!! And loving up the SUNSHINE COAST!!

After sold-out events in Brisbane, Petra Lane and Honor Morningstar are ecstatic to bring the transformational power of this work to you on the SUNSHINE COAST.

Merging ancient CACAO CEREMONY with the potency of 5RHYTHMS DANCE medicine, and pure SOUND HEALING, this event is guaranteed to bring you home to absolute BLISS!!

SPRING is the ultimate time of joyful transformation. The energies of RESURRECTION & RENEWAL are in full bloom, with the promise of new love, the excitement of new projects, & the joy of a new start at our fingertips. This celebratory Ceremony will anchor in the fresh energy of NEW GROWTH BLOSSOMING to manifest MORE OF OUR HIGHEST POTENTIAL IN LIVING FORM - more love, more abundance, more aliveness, more JOY!!

With Spring starting on Sept 1st, and in the lead up to Spring Equinox, mid-September is the perfect time to sit in deep ceremony in connection with Pachamama, working with transformational shamanic process to release what no longer serves, lovingly set our limitations free, expanding into the truth of our most powerful, ecstatic & integrated selves.

We will unite with the Elixir of the Gods - with a full ceremonial dose of plant medicine Cacao - to heal, transform and connect to our true nature - our blissful essence – with 5Rhythms holding us in this powerful process.

5Rhythms Dance is known worldwide as a potent alchemic process. It reconnects us to the cycles of birth, death & renewal ~ and hooks us up to the spirit in all living things.

In this dance we are initiated back into the innate wisdom of our bodies… we will unleash our dynamic healing power, our mastery to transform, reclaiming our full awakened, blissful essence!

In conclusion of this powerful Ceremony we will be bathed in a divine Armonica Sound Healing with Phil Foord, offering harmonizing soundscapes including crystal bowls, temple gong, didgeridoo and flute to support our DNA to re-wire & integrate.

- Didgeridoo powerfully welcoming us into sacred space
- Flower essence grounding ritual
- Andean shamanic Cacao Ceremony with Petra Lane
- Ecstatic, deep, transformational 5R dance with Honor Morningstar
- Review of our year at this midway point & setting strong intentions for our powerful next cycle

Cacao has been used for centuries in different cultures as a tool to facilitate a reflective & meditative experience that focuses on the heart-space. Due to the active medicinal properties of Cacao, it is possible to experience a state of heightened awareness, which opens us to deeper-stored emotional densities that are ready to be seen, felt & released.

The euphoria-inducing properties of Cacao help us to connect deeply to the love, & ultimate truth, that sits inside our hearts.

When we sit with Cacao with the intention to open to ourselves & our own vulnerability, Cacao has the potential to create a profound yet gentle inner experience of heart transformation. To help activate this opening, I have sourced the highest Ceremonial-grade Guatemalan Cacao possible.

Known for the wisdom, integrity & authenticity she embodies, Petra creates a safe container for people to explore deep connection & true empowerment, in this moment.

Having studied the Science of Psychology at Uni with a minor in Counselling, Cert III in Psychosomatic Bodywork Therapy, and learned under world-class teachers of embodiment Steve James & Michaela Boehm, she is also an apprentice in the Rainbow Lineage of the Paqo's (shamans) of the Andes.

Committed to methodologies known to facilitate integration on a cellular level, she combines somatic (body-based) process, shamanic methodology, neural re-wiring and practical, heart-centred action as a vehicle for freedom.

Specialising in trauma therapy, empowered interpersonal relationships, and the freedom that comes from taking radical accountability, Petra holds a powerful space for those that join her in Ceremony, individual sessions and the pilgrimages she leads around the world.

Honor Morningstar walks a strong path of dance medicine firmly rooted in the 5Rhythms medicine mandala of Gabrielle Roth. Having studied directly with founder Gabrielle for over 12 years, Honor embodies the transformative medicine of this practice. She offers regular classes along the eastern corridor of Australia, as well as workshops and retreats.

Honor is a well-known Ka Huna practitioner, offering the sacred healing art of Hawaiian massage & bodywork to her clients. She is dedicated to the plant & earth-medicine path, & is honoured to have the opportunity to continue working with teachers, medicine men & women, & shamans from Australia, Canada, Mexico, Chilli, Columbia, and Peru.

Honor’s wild-spirited, heartfelt, and compassionate presence invites you into your unique, authentic, and vibrant expression. The premise of Honor’s work is that we are all our own healer.
